At Darc, each esthetician works as their own receptionist, so we ask that you manage all of your bookings online, and allow ample time for email or phone responses from us. Thank you for your understanding and patience. 

 

Booking Polices:

Studio Darc asks that you book and manage all appointments online via Schedulicity, which can be found at the top of each page by clicking the ‘Schedule Now’ button.

If you need to change, cancel, or reschedule any appointments, you must do so online. You must be 18 or older in order to book or recieve a service, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. By booking you have fully read, and agree to all policies and information provided on this page and in our waiver, which must be completed prior to your appointment.

There is zero appointment stacking allowed, (reserving multiple spots to later decide which suits you best).

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made through Schedulicity. If unable to, please notify us immediately via EMAIL (no texts or voicemails) to studiodarcpdx@gmail.com no less than 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged. 

*Cancellation fees are as follows:

-Cancelled more than 24 hours in advance = no charge.

-Cancelled less than 24 hours in Advance = 50% of your total service price.

-Cancelled within 8 hours of appointment = 100% of your total service price.

*If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you.

No Show Policy:

We book by appointment only, and may be arriving just for you! If you are to no-call no-show your appointment, unfortunately we wont be able to make time for you again in the future. We understand that honest mistakes happen; so please contact us in this event and pay for your missed appointment in full. 

Charging Policy:

Studio Darc requires you to keep a card on file to book or hold any appointment time. By booking, you authorize your card to be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancel. If for some reason your card is declined you will be invoiced. 

While we hate to charge people for late cancels, we as a small business absolutely must. Please consider wether or not our policy suits you prior to booking.

Studio Policies: 

Please do not wear excessive fragrance.

Return policy:

All product sales are final, and not eligible for return. Please consider this before purchasing. 

Text Reminders Policy:

ALL clients must agree to allow text message reminders. Please do not reply "stop" to these reminders, you will only receive 1 text message 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Email Confirmation:

Studio Darc's online booking system should send a reminder email to you 72 hours in advance of your appointment time, however, on occasion the booking system can miss some. We do not make phone call appointment confirmations/reminders, so it is your responsibility to make note of your appointment date and time. Please opt-in to text reminders for additional notices.

A note about our phones…

The salons (old) telephone number is neither Ursula nor Megan's personal phone, so we are phasing it out. If you do not have our personal numbers and need to get ahold of us, please email us at: studiodarcpdx@gmail.com.

Due to misuse, we have chosen not to give our phone numbers to every single client or post them.

We receive a high number of incoming messages to our personal phones, so please always attempt to first manage your appointments online. Our goal is to never have anyone slip through the cracks or go ignored because of a forgotten text. Our scheduling link can be found at the top of every page.
